Apparently the Cubs decided to send “Likes to Fight Guy” to the Padres.

Great…maybe he’ll beat up Greg Maddux instead of the Cryin’ Mayan.

    So the Cubs are sending “Batterin’ Barrett” on his way.
    I’m guessing the last few fine mound outings by Zambrano make him a lot easier to keep around than a catcher who can only hit his teammates and not the baseball. Oh wait, make that get hit by his teammates.
    I see both our teams are in a near dead heat for title of second most mediocre team in the NL central. Ho boy it’s going to be along way to the end of the season for both of us.
